Does atroq offer Net-30 terms?
Yes. Qualified dealer groups receive Net-30 terms after a 24–48 hour credit review. Email hello@atroq.com with your dealer license and tax ID to apply. Approval is valid for 12 months and renews automatically on time-paid accounts.
Can we co-brand with a vehicle manufacturer logo?
Yes. Most of the 70+ OEM logos in our library — BMW, Ford, Chevrolet, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Tesla, Porsche, and more — can sit alongside your dealership name. Additional OEM marks can be sourced on request. Your account manager handles any OEM approval paperwork.
What is the minimum order?
500 rails. Most dealers order 1,000–2,500 per quarter; the automatic tier discount kicks in above 2,000 and deepens above 5,000 with our 10% volume credit. Single-lot dealers often start at 500, franchise dealers at 1,500, multi-lot groups at 5,000+.
How fast is production?
Ten business days from approved proof to boxed inventory for orders up to 5,000 units. Expedited five-day production is available for new-model launches, end-of-quarter pushes, or seasonal programs — let your account manager know up front.
Are frames warrantied?
Every frame carries a lifetime-of-vehicle warranty against manufacturing defects. Each unit survives 2 million shaker-rig vibration cycles and 1,000-hour UV endurance testing before shipping. If a frame fails, we replace it no questions asked — direct to your customer if you prefer.
Can I see a sample before committing to 500 units?
Yes. We ship a single pre-production sample rail (your design, your logo) for $39 — credited in full against your first 500-unit order. Request via your account manager or hello@atroq.com.
