What does the $39 cover?
It covers the production cost of a single pre-production frame customized to your design specs, plus continental U.S. ground shipping. The sample is fully refunded against your first 500-unit production order — effectively a $0 evaluation.
How long until I receive the sample?
Production takes about 7 business days from your design approval. Shipping adds 2-4 business days depending on your location. Most dealers receive their sample within 10 business days of ordering.
Can I customize the sample with my dealership's logo?
Yes — that's the point. Use the design notes field to describe what you want, or after you place the order our team will contact you to confirm exact specs. Logo upload, color choices, embossed vs flat — all included in the sample fee.
What if we don't proceed with the bulk order?
The $39 is non-refundable if you don't proceed — but it's a fraction of what evaluating any other custom frame manufacturer costs. Most other suppliers charge $200-500 for a sample. Our threshold is intentionally low so you can evaluate risk-free.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Production orders start at MOQ 500 frames at $1.30 each ($650 total). Above 2,000 units, tiered discounts kick in. The $39 sample is credited against this first bulk order.
What payment options do you accept for bulk orders?
Credit card (Stripe), wire transfer, or Net-30 terms for qualified dealer accounts. Net-30 requires a brief credit review.
