Send us your club logo and design brief. We return a production-accurate proof in 48 hours. Request a $39 sample for board approval or AGM vote.

Upload a spreadsheet with member names, addresses, and numbers. We map numbers to individual frames and build a production list.

Payment

Club treasury pays via Stripe or wire. Pre-sold campaigns can lock payment in escrow until the 500-unit threshold is reached.

Production + shipping

14 business days for numbered orders. Ship to treasurer, to an event, or direct to members. Include a printed insert card with club message if you like.

  • Treasury covers + resell to members — Board pays $650-$2,600, resells to members at cost + $5. Turns a zero-margin operation into $2,500/year of new dues uplift.
  • Pre-order campaign — Announce the design, open a members-only pre-order at $19-$29. Production starts when 500 orders hit. No treasury risk.
  • Chapter-level split — Each chapter places its own 500-unit order with chapter-specific text. Club crest shared, local treasury + local distribution.

Can we add member numbers to the plate frames?

Yes. Member-number personalization is included in the Club Program. Your members submit their numbers via a form we provide, we ship to the club treasurer or direct to members — your call. Typical turnaround is 14 business days for numbered orders.

What is the minimum order for car clubs?

500 units. Most active clubs order 500-1,500 per annual run — one frame per member with a few for new inductees. Regional chapters can combine into a single 500-unit order to hit the minimum while still getting chapter-specific text.

Can we run an annual limited-edition design?

Absolutely. Many clubs run a new design each year — year badge, event theme, anniversary mark. We can also produce chapter variant frames where each chapter has its own name alongside the club logo. Design revisions are unlimited until the board approves.

How do clubs typically fund the order?

Three common models: (1) Treasury covers + resell to members at cost + $5 for dues uplift; (2) Pre-sold via member signup — members pay upfront, club places order when 500 is reached; (3) Chapter-level order — each chapter president collects dues and places their own bulk order.

Can we ship direct to individual members?

Yes. Provide a single spreadsheet (name, address, member number) and we ship direct. No extra fee for up to 500 addresses — standard freight included. Beyond 500 addresses, add $0.50/shipment for fulfillment. Members receive within 14 business days of production start.

Do you offer samples for club approval?

Yes. We ship one pre-production sample (club logo, placeholder member number) for $39 — credited in full against your order. Typical use: board approval, member vote at the annual meeting, photo ops for Instagram before ordering.

Can we include a printed insert card with the club message?

Yes. Submit up to a 4x6 card design (welcome message, member benefit list, next event date) and we'll include one in every shipment. No extra cost for designs you provide; $0.15/card if you want us to design and lay it out.
